We are a husband and wife team with a background in Architecture, Design, and Construction. We have combined experience of 30+ years designing Hotels, Resorts and Retail in the USA, Middle East and Asia.

We opened our first short term rental 10 years ago. Very quickly we realized our passion for designing, building, and hosting homes. Throughout the years we have designed, remodeled and sold many homes.

Today we have four Short Term Rentals throughout Southern California and are building another. Our background in Hospitality Design helps us make successful STRs and we are happy to share that with our clients.
